Hi guys,

I need a new phone since my primary one is on the brink of dying and I have some really important company data that I cannot miss to lose. Therefore I'll be buying the new one asap and transferring everything right away.

So basically my budget is about 15K INR, and I need something that is good on performance while everything is secondary. My mail goal is to get something that is best value for money.

So thank you so much for finding time to search.

Really appreciate it ☺️

whats your existing phone?

any issues you had with it before it started to die (ex gaming performance)?

performance = soc = best gaming capabilities?

be abit clearer with your needs as theres the display, audio, camera, and soc to consider and my definition of performance is in soc for better gaming perf

new around the 15k mark think you are looking at the redmi note 13 pro which is still a pretty decent device for that price new, used im honestly not too sure maybe an older flagship like the s20 or s10 or maybe even a flagship killer like the mi 11t (pro)

The issue that I'm facing is that my battery is now giving out on me. Randomly shutting down at 50% charge and then the low battery warning appears on the boot screen. The phone I'm referring to is the Redmi 9 Power (4/64 variant). Got it as a birthday gift in the year 2021. Been working great till last week but now it's just randomly bugging out me. I won't be gaming as such cuz mostly I'll be having company apps and data on it.

Meanwhile specs wise I don't have a clear list right now but I'll take whatever's trending.

why dont you just get the battery replaced? a battery replacement should be cheaper + fix your issues and besides if its all just company data then it doesnt really need an upgrade anyways

then you can buy a personal phone later on when youve saved some more for something decent like a poco f5/6 if you wanna buy new

That's a good idea but I'm more inclined towards buying a new phone altogether tho so yeah I mean if you could suggest me something that's within my budget. That would be great

just doesnt make sense to replace it now since non intensive usage like just storing a bunch of company data doesnt warrant a new phone and would be a waste of money just to buy a new phone for that

I'm really sorry for not informing earlier but it's my primary phone as well so the company data I'm referring to is just some company apps and MS authenticator

in that case why not just replace the battery and then buy a new personal phone alongside it?

having 2 phones is nice to be able to differentiate stuff so you have a work phone and a personal phone rather than limiting your personal phone with work stuff

and you wont even be limited to buying only new phones for a personal phone which means you can buy used flagships like s20/21 or xperia 1/5 iii
