Hi all!

 

A bunch of stuff to go over this week:

 

  • Secretlab: A user had a complaint, but a representative jumped in to help. 
  • Wicked Cushions: A user had issues with the quality of the product, but they were sent a new one
  • AG1: We no longer work with them on a sponsorship capacity
  • dbrand: A user had not received a reply after a few business days. dbrand is a little behind on tickets at the moment due to a busy holiday season, it was recommended that they give it a few more days to see if they send over a reply

 

There are a few other items, but with it being the week after CES, a lot of our partners' representatives are ill with "post-conference sickness". We hope to hear back from them soon.
