Hello, all.

I recommended a close friend of mine a pre-built PowerSpec system from MicroCenter in Cleveland, if you're interested which build, here it is:

https://www.microcenter.com/product/669855/G717_Gaming_PC_Platinum_Collection;_AMD_Ryzen_7_7800X3D_42GHz_Processor;_NVIDIA_GeForce_RTX_4070_SUPER_12GB_GDDR6X;_32GB_DDR5-5600_RAM;_2TB_Solid_Stat

He got it all set up, and everything seemed to run just fine. He has a 1440p 180HZ monitor, and we played PUBG with zero issues. However, when we switched over to BO6, it was not a smooth experience for him. My PC is very similar (13600K with 32gb of 3600Mhz DDR4 and a 4070 Super) so I ran him through line by line in the settings to match mine. He's getting half of the frames that I am. Which, to me doesn't make a whole lot of sense, as his CPU is a much better gaming CPU than mine. I had him go into his BIOS and I confirmed Resize BAR was enabled, as well as XMPP/EXPO. All looked good on the BIOS. What else could it be? When he ran the benchmark tool in BO6, the performance summary said on the CPU side, the average FPS was 264, yet his average FPS on the GPU side was 87, which is awful. Is there something I could be missing?

Also, huge downside, I am in Houston, so all troubleshooting I have to do is via phone/discord/facetime. Any ideas or help is appreciated! Thanks.
