Internet is solid.聽

Cables are solid (swapped 2 cables - both are fine).聽

Direct connection to router (No middleman 馃檪)

Checked on other PC - solid.聽

Every 10 min or less, I get the globe icon showing up and I am loosing internet.聽

Is this a driver issue?聽

Anything else?

If driver, Windows update not showing any avaialble updates (nor in Optional).聽

How do I find the latest driver from the OEM?聽

Sounds like a driver issue, and you are going to need to find more details about which ethernet controller you have. It's already hard enough to find a Realtek driver sometime it's a nightmare when you don't even know where to start the hunt for the driver.

thx. by device? where do i find the device/controller/hardware info?

You could check the detail under Device Manager, otherwise you could also look up your MOBO... I what I would say if I didn't just look at your post history and read that you have a laptop. Though you maybe able to research it from the laptop.

can't check mobo cause this is a chinese branded mini PC

So I am going to change my recommendation as I don't have the patience to refigure out how to find this info in Windows and I am going to recommend a third party utility called HWinfo
