Ryzen 5 5600X at 7 488 in Time Spy 3DMark

I tried to benchmark my Ryzen 5 5600X and only got 7 488 points on CPU Score.

I know Ryzen relies on ram a lot and my motherboard is broken (I can't use dual channel), so I hope it's not the CPU that broke too and it's only a RAM thing with my motherboard.

What do y'all think ? Is it normal for a Ryzen 5 5600X to have 7 488 point when dual channel doesn't work or my CPU is also broken?
