Heyo usually pretty good about trouble shooting myself but this one has stumped me. Got a XG27AQDMG over the holiday and randomly on startup today it started displaying strange artifacts. Most noticeable on white elements with black background.  See pics. So far I've tried

Pixel Cleaning

Reinstalling GPU Drivers

Changing Background

Toggling HDR
Different DisplayPort Cable

Any Ideas?

Unfortunately don't have another device at the moment but I did get out my old monitor to test. Its not an oled but it looked fine in comparison.

Then definitely it's a defective monitor. You should return it.
