Just recently built a pc and put a 4060 in it. However, at random points after a couple hours of use, it will freeze with just the cursor movable. Attempting to do anything to the windows like my browser can only be clicked 1 time before becoming unusable. I can do Ctrl+Alt+Del but attempting to run any tasks like restarting or opening task manager also fails. The fans will also completely stop spinning and does not spin until I force reboot the PC. Is there a fix to this?
Specs:
-AMD Ryzen 5500 3.6 GHz
-ASUS B550M-A WIFI II
-Kingston NV2 2TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0
-MSI MAG A550BN 550W Power Supply

Sorry forgot to mention that too, it is the G.Skill RipJaws V Series DDR4 32GB 3600MT/s

turn off XMP, a lot of times issues like this come from RAM being too fast for the memory controller.

also how many sticks are installed?

I do not see an XMP option, probably because it is an Intel feature. I do have D.O.C.P disabled if those are the same thing. I have 2 sticks installed each being 16gb. I have them installed like how the motherboard manual tells me to do with 2 sticks.
