Budget (including currency): 900 usd

Country: usa

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cemu ( for botw emulation and botw moding) ,homeworld remasterd, homeworld 3,Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak, all the cnc games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):i want to play a 1080p and 160 hrz refresh rate

alos plis make it all amd alos no need for an ssd i will use the ones in my pc

Something like this, we can squeeze into AM5 and a decent GPU.  B580 isn't to be found, or I'd suggest that.

do you know if i can get it all off amazon

also do you know if it easy to build ( I know pc are hard to build but i also know that some parts and easer to work with than others)

I am sure it can all be had on Amazon, when you click the link in my list for each part, you can see where it's selling and at what price.

It's not hard to build a PC, but like anything... first time can be tougher than normal.  Watch a few build guides, and take your time.

We're here to help when you finally build 😉

7700 + 6800xt + 32gb 6000c30

mix of used and new will give the absolute best bang for buck and at lower budgets the disparity in performance will be night and day

7700 are 167$ off aliexpress, you can also substitute the cpu board and rams for a microcenter 9700x bundle but itll be an extra 50$ alongside the 20$ ontop if you want not garbage rams considering resale of the crap 6000c36 in exchange for 6000c30

6800xt should be ~350$ or close to used 3080 pricing, haggling is a thing alongside good deals so expect lower prices, heck they might fall even more in price when the b770 and rx 9060s drop so youd be able to get em or a 6950xt for even cheaper alongside an option to buy a new 9060 that might even have similar perf to the 6800xt so buying new wont be a complete joke either

Theres another 60-80$ you can cut cost on the psu with used rm850x or equivalent (~50$) alongside used case which varies depending on if you nab a freebie old office case or buy a decent one

B580 = 4060ti/6700xt/6750xt

Where youd only be able to get a b580 new while it is good value its still just an entry level 1440p card where buying used gets you a higher end 1440p card heck maybe even a half decent 4k card instead

in that case wait for the b770 or the 9060 cards, current gen new is a complete joke performance wise compared to the 6800xt and certainly wont last very long cause at some point you will exceed its capabilities which is something you have to consider cause used will straight up last longer due to being a more capable card so while it can die in your hands after a decade or so it will outlast a 6750xt at the same price due to being more performant

ok thanks but with being i middle school would I still be good to build the pc

Yeah, you're old enough to build without issue.  I would TAKE YOUR TIME, first and foremost.  Don't hurry, don't get frustrated, just enjoy the experience.

Plus you have parents and us if you have issues.

You got this.

Oh, and TAKE YOUR TIME 🙂

I have 2 kids older than you, I know how patience works.
