Hello everyone,

I am currently having trouble getting my gigabyte 4090 aero oc to seat into a gigabyte aorus elite ax x670 board. The case is an antec c8. Where the I/O shield would screw to the case, it is keeping the gpu from going down far enough. I can only think to cut and bend the case to allow it to go down further. But this would be a grave mistake as I wouldn’t be able to screw the gpu to the case. Gpu clearly needs to go down 5mm. Standoffs are there and correct. The MB I/o lines up in the case exactly.

Pictures taken with case on its side(test bench style) to eliminate off angle installation. However I have tried upright installation. Is there anything else I could try?

Perhaps the motherboard needs to be moved slightly towards the front of the case, by ~1mm ?
