For the record, I'm aware that there are some, but they're rather expensive at the 300/500+ range. I was curious if there was anything more comparable on the price per GB range with 32GB modules and bellow?

While this is relevant to a new build, it's also a thought that came across my mind a few times given that the DDR5 standard does spec out for ram greater than what we currently see as mainline memory. I wanted to know if 64GB modules tipped over into that mainline status, even if only at the high end, just yet.

EDIT:
for the record, currently 48GB cards ARE available for purchase at standard rates. So, not quite 64, but above 32.

Not that I'm aware of. The 32Gb memory ICs that are necessary to make these consumer 64GB modules do exist nowadays, but AFAIK there's still some issues with mass production and they haven't reached that point yet. They've been a few months away for the past year, so take that for what you will.

Good to know!
