Good day, folks. I've built new PC during this week or most of the PC (re-used gpu and nvme) and re-installed Windows of course. Almost everything looks great, booted without issues and I've been using it without issues for couple days.
Since the system looked stable I've decided it is time to enable EXPO.  When I did enabled it and quit bios, PC restarted as it should, but then the screen became black and nothing happens it doesn't boot to bios or Windows. RAM and CPU red led constantly on, not blinking. I've tried with Memory context and Power down: ON and OFF, same outcome with both. BIOS is updated to newest version.
Today I've tried to enable EXPO, but lower frequency  to 5200mhz instead of 6000mhz. It did worked or at least I thought so, when I've loaded the game (PoE2) I did got BSoD after ~5 minutes.
It's not life or death situation here, but I would like to get 6000mhz if I paid for them. Maybe someone have any advice what I could try? I doubt it's defective components as it wouldn't be stable on stock, would it? Maybe EXPO settings are off?
Here are my parts:

It's rare but I've seen it happen. I wouldn't rule it out just yet.

First thing I'd do would be to double check that the memory is seated correctly in the correct memory slots (2 and 4 counting from the CPU). If the mounting pressure isn't just right or if they're in the wrong memory slots, that will cause it to have issues even at DDR5 5200. Next thing I'd do is test EXPO enabled with just a single stick in slot 2 or slot 4 to see if you have a bad memory slot or a bad memory stick. Assuming that it doesn't matter which combination you use, I'd start with changing BIOS revisions as it could very well be that there's an issue with the current BIOS revision (newest =/= best), so try something older like ver. 2.08 and see if that would help. Last thing I'd try would be to just manually enter the EXPO settings but leave EXPO off, since it's possible that your board has an issue with that config, though this is very unlikely to fix it if you've done everything else before.
