Help with Razer Blade laptop

Ive been having some sudden problems with my laptop and just wanted to see if anyone knows something that could help. It's a Razer blade and suddenly one day it won't turn on at all. I hold the power button for about 10 seconds and the power light blinks for a second and then nothing. Really weird cause it was working the day before 

 

I tried opening it up and testing it without the battery but with the charger, then I tried taking out each RAM stick individually and still absolutely nothing. Followed pretty much most of the troubleshooting I could find online with the equipment I have at home 

 

I took it to a local repair shop and he says he hooked it up to their "system" and got red lights. I don't know exactly what he meant but he told me I need to buy a new laptop. I'm kind of skeptical cause it was such a sudden problem and I imagine that even if the motherboards fried id be able to replace that maybe but I just want some other input since it was an expensive laptop that I haven't had for that long
