Is the Optiplex's 7010 mini tower motherboard able to support an aqua 7 case and work?

The OptiPlex 7010's motherboard isn't exactly mATX-standard. You would need adapter cables to plug in a standard ATX power supply and the front panel connectors.

 

That's also a pretty old computer at this point. You'd be better off putting that money into a newer platform.
