I want to use the following:
Sliger 3701
LSI 9305-16I 16 Port (4 x SFF-8643 mini-SAS)
12TB SAS 3.5" HDDs

Could someone please confirm what cables I need to use to connect the HBA card to the drives in the most effective way possible? I'd probably understand it easier with everything in person, but its my first build of this type and I want to make sure. Sliger lists a bunch of info under "specs". This is going to be used with Unraid. Thank you!

Unless you need a half height card, consider the 9300-16i used on eBay. I just found a seller with tons on hand going for $30 USD.

I saw that the 9035 uses like half the wattage so I decided to spend $30 more for the lower power version, but I did see that model popping up too. And also the lower height will allow a much smoother path to my exhaust fan with the lower height 9305.

It looks like there is already installed adapters that present normal SATA; which means I couldn't use these.  I can't fit the connect with the cable through those slots.

I also saw this video where you can see it a bit better.

The linked cable will work for you. It'll plug in to the SATA data and power connector in your photo and then you plug in SATA power from your PSU to the back of the cable that is connecting to your SATA bays.

Do note you don't need specifically that type of cable, a SFF-8643 to 4x SATA will work just fine for you.

Anything that will work with an HDD will work with that chassis since the connector being uses is exactly the same as a SATA HDD, it's just a physical passthrough.
