Re-Sizeable Bar Missing

I have a Gigabyte B550 Gaming x v2 Rev1.3 board and the Re-sizeable bar setting does not appear at all for me, does anyone have maybe any incite to this? This is a Photo is the I/O settings menu. ive looked everywhere else for it and i can't find it anywhere. Am trying to get Intel Arc B580 working.


CSM is Disabled
BIOS is on the latest FFc is the version i have

To my understanding the Re-Bar option should show up right?
