ASUS Z790-H Bios flashback LED blinking, and pc not starting, NO Boot

Got a problem, looking for solution

 

my setup:

ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-h GAMING WIFI DDR5

CPU : INTEL 13700K

RAM : DOMINATOR® TITANIUM RGB 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 DRAM 6600MT/s CL32 Intel XMP Memory Kit

GPU : GeForce RTX™ 4060 Ti GAMING OC 8G

PSU : ROG STRIX 1000W GOLD AURA EDITON

 

So the problem is:

When i shut down my pc via windows, all looking good. All turned off as usual.

But when i starting my PC via button on front panel - it's dead, not booting at all, no sound, no coolers no led, nothing, and Bios Flashback LED staring blinking green on back panel. Constantly.

If i turned off PSU - Led turned off too, when i turn ON PSU - Led staring blinking again, and Power button on Front panel still not working.

Howdy there,

 

     Sometimes updating the BIOS on an ASUS mobo can be a royal PITA.  You need to cross all the T's and dot all the I's.  Below is what I found in the Asus mobo manual for your board.  I hope it helps.  Check out Chapter 3.4 on page 3.3 of the owners manual, maybe you can get some help there.

When I attempted to restore the BIOS by adding a USB flash drive with the latest update, I also tried several older versions of the BIOS. When the fast green LED blinking finishes, it doesn't stop; instead, it returns to its default slow blinking. After a few moments, the system tries to restore the BIOS again. The situation resembles a never-ending loop of BIOS restoration.

I have uploaded a video on my YouTube channel explaining the details of my issue and the experiments I tried, but I haven't found a solution yet. I hope someone can help me solve the problem
