trubleshoting I hate windows update it bricked my pc

Hi I love windows,

Since August or maybe a bit longer the blue popup note (which said i had to update windows due to x date cuz it would stop working), I`ve tried updating a few times but always with same result. Windows would "update" before even booting into os it would give me blue screen saying "something went wrong dont worry we will restart your compuer", spoiler alert it wouldnt restart itselft even after a few h of waiting - i had to turn it off myself then it either reverse to previous version of windows it or my computer would turn on off on off and after a few cycles (or maybe i had to hold turning button idk it was random) it would boot to bios and there it would bring previous version......It allways tried to update to this one broken version not newer (hopefully working) one. It was real pain in the ass cuz im not the only person using this pc. My mom would sometimes accident click shout down and update instead of just shutting it down and i had to deal with this many times. I`ve tried updating windows in many ways - from windows update, from windows updating tool (that one which updates w10 to w11 ) and usb. Last one might work but i would have to format my drive so I dragged it out for a few months..... Lately i tried updating using tool i mentioned before because i thought since 24h2 is realized it might work. It didnt as always. I've decided to update BIOS so i did it. Everything was fine game programs all worked so i tried updating one more time. Same process again but this time im stuck at the part where my Computer turns on for 10~15 seconds and turns off. It wakes up monitor but not even flashes bootinig menu.

 

How can i fix it? 

Ive tried clearing CMOS, taking out gpu, 1st ram, 2nd ram putting them in different slots, taking out battery waiting a few minutes, letting pc turn on and of hunderets of times and probably something more

 

Nothing helps

 

PS: this blue popup (YOU HAVE TO UPDATE) showed up every few minutes - I've lost at least 5 matchmaking due to it , sorry for my grammar im not a native

So you can enter the bios but not windows?

If so, can you at least enter the recovery mode and launch in safe mode or uninstall the update?

I cannot enter either bios nor windows
