After updating to windows 11 24h2

From 23h2 i've begun getting this weird glitch mostly when im running a game and it only happens outside of the game, it is kind of a screen freeze that doesnt change visuals when i press something that should change visuals

Idk if its windows or one of my parts is faulty,please help 

My setup is 

Rx 7900 xt asrock (normal temps mostly)

32gb 7200MT

R7 7700x(UV -12 all core)

All running on latest drivers
