Budget (including currency): $1200(usd)

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to use it for mild fps gaming and more prominently open world exploration games(rdr2, black myth(optional), far cry 5(if possible), COD(not necessarily all) etc.). It would be really nice if I can use it as a substitute to program a little as well(right now I have 2012 laptop and I usually do a little bit of web development in javascript frameworks).

Other details: So, I looked around reddit and youtube to make this list parts list which is 25$ over the budget. I am taking Amazon India prices right now but I know for sure I'll find it cheaper in local market of capital(Nehru Place, New Delhi). here is my list on pcpartpicker:
Part List on PcPartPicker

here are a few pointers to add:
(a) It has been my dream to have a beautiful pc since my starting college years but I have absolute zero knowledge of pc building but I wanna make it as aesthetic as possible. Yes, RGBs are love! Do suggest me how I can make it beautiful. Also that case kinda sucks, suggest me really nice ones as well if budget allows!!
(b) That graphic card is just that random pick from amazon, I don't know much about it's capabilities. LTT was mentioning something about Intel arc B580, please tell me should I wait or buy it right now if it is really worth it!

(c) Please suggest a really nice mouse or monitor as well! I don't know honestly and that monitor is also any cheap one I found.

(d) For me visuals in game and aesthetic are two top priority, I am planning on getting a second monitor or something in later years.

(e) My total for this configuration according to amazon is $1400, I know it is a lot so please tell me suggestion to reduce it by suggesting other parts!

(f) If you find some part that is not worth price or not suitable for configuration, do suggest alternates!

You should be able to get a 2 TB NVMe drive instead of a 1 TB + HDD without significantly affecting total cost.

Consider a less expensive case. Montech Air 903 Base is often a good choice. If you want some bling the Air 903 Max includes 3 A-RGB fans.

If you want interior lighting there is an A-RGB version of the Peerless Assassin that is not much more expensive.

It would be better to use lower profile memory modules. Ideally something like Corsair Vengeance LPX, Silicon Power Gaming, Kingston Fury Beast, or G.Skill Aegis.

Sadly it is available at 120$ price here ... can you suggest some alternatives... what's a nice budget gaming mouse. And should I spend on rgb lightings as well? And about video card too if possible as many are suggesting for waiting for intel arc b580

here is updated list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FWLt8Q

Thermalright Assassin King

Deepcool AG400

When budget is tight don't bother with lighting. Concentrate on performance.
