Both just appear to be sold out. The store usually says "will not be restocked" for items they are not planning to restock.

I'd expect that they sold out due to the absolutely killer deal on them over black Friday (I think it was 40 USD if you got the mystery deal), unsure if this was another sku cull or if they just wanted to give back over the holiday season.

It seems like the retro version got a few deals to get them sold, I think they didn't have the level of interest they expected, but this is all speculation.
