Budget (including currency): 1000-2000 usd

Country: United states

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Blender, Substance painter, Zbrush, various demanding pc games

Other details: upgrading from a modified Inspiron 5680 (yes i know it sounds bad). I put in a extra TB of storage and a 1660 Ti, which might be severly bottlenecked by the Inspiron 5680's terrible stock cpu, which is a i5 8th gen im pretty sure. The full build i am planning on getting is here https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DYzmgn however, the main takeaways are the 7 5800X3D and the 4080 super founders edition. It is important to note that i am inexperienced when it comes to pc parts/ building, so im not sure if these parts are the greatest they can be. the 4080 super FE is super rare to find anywhere new for a "reasonable" price ~$1000 (trust me i've looked) so i was wondering if there is any secret place all these cards are hiding in. i also am unsure about the cpu coolers, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

could you specify how much of a priority 3d is in comparison to gaming? if its a big deal it may be worth it to get intel 15th gen instead of zen 5. or do you already have the 5800x3d,4080?

I guess its somewhere like half and half, but don't those cpus cook themselves?
