building a pc. Need reccomendations and advice

Hey all! Currently building out a pc and am looking for some advice when it comes to picking the right parts. Below is a list of parts that I am currently looking at going with. If anyone has tips or suggestions when it comes to compatibility and PSU recommendations, as well as overall recommendations for the parts that are not included, please leave them below.

Current part list:
CPU: i9 12900k
motherboard: MSI MPG Z790 edge wifi
Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR5 Ram 32GB
SSD: WD_BLACK 1TB SN850X
GPU: Looking at radeon 7700xt or 7800xt, not willing to spend more than 450 though. Would love recommendations in this range for WHITE ONLY. 7800xt i have found in white at 450 but havent found it in stock so if anyone knows where I could get one that would be very appreciated. 
Case: SAMA 2851a
CPU Coolor: Want watercooled, if anyone knows what cooler matches the fans included in the case that would be a lifesaver!
PSU im considering: ASUS Prime 850w. Think this is enough, pc parts picker and new egg was saying around 680 if I remember correctly.
