One day when I launched cs2 I noticed that my frames had dropped from 300 to 100 I thought it was weird but I put it off. Soon I started noticing stutters and even more frame drop it got to about 30 fps when I decided to turn off the game. After I closed the game my monitors went black and my fans started racing I waited a bit and then turned off the computer. Since then I've tried some things such as: Doing a factory reset, Reseating the ram, Updating my bios and checking if all my cables are properly plugged in. I don't seem to have any temperature issues because my CPU and GPU show cool temps around the 60C and my utilization in game is around 50% on both. I mostly play rust and cs2 on my computer and both of these games seem to have the same issues. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I've uploaded a clip of the stutters in game for reference. My pc specs are:

RTX 3090 24G

Ryzen 7 7700x

32G ddr5 6000MT (g skill)

mag b650 tomahawk WIFI

Pc age is about 2 years old.

I've had some RAM issues in the past that would show similar symptoms. What nailed it down for me was actually running a language model on CPU, where the unstable RAM caused it to output stuff that was in no way connected to the rest of the output after a while.

So maybe downclocking the RAM a bit could help? Maybe to smthg like 5000MT, just to make sure it is or isn't the RAMs fault?

Although I'm not sure if you did that already when factory resetting.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!
