Start/Stop count is on 100 consistently

Hexadecimal says 445 though.
So now let's tie all this together:
- Whether it is 419 or 449, neither of those numbers indicate a blatant issue with your drive.
- Perhaps the fact that Power On Count in the upper right is different than what is shown after converting the hexadecimal value below is what causes CrystalDiskInfo to flag that specific value red, and therefore your entire drive.
Therefore, I recommend getting whatever tool WD provides on checking these SMART stats and doing diagnostics.
Sometimes the way that manufacturers use SMART is dumb because the makers aren't always consistent with each other. So if one deviates from others, and the tool you use (CrystalDiskInfo) expects what the others tend to do, then this can't happen. So I'm sorry that this doesn't confirm one way or another if there is a drive issue, but at least you know why you have to dig deeper to know more, and why SMART is sometimes dumb.
