I’ve been experiencing severely low game performance lately (for example, Marvel Rivals runs around 30–40 FPS). To diagnose the issue, I ran a 3DMark benchmark (Steel Nomad DX12) on my system, which has an RTX 3080 and Ryzen 9 5900X, and the results were unexpectedly poor—only about 9–10 FPS. According to the 3DMark report, the GPU was at 100% load during the test, but the GPU clock frequency averaged just around 300 MHz, which seems abnormally low. Meanwhile, CPU usage seemed minimal, and CPU temps were stable. The GPU temperature hovered around 66°C, which should be fine. I tried using DDU to clean and reinstall my GPU drivers, but it didn’t help. My BIOS is up to date and the system configuration is otherwise typical: 64GB DDR4 at ~3134 MHz, Windows 11, NVMe SSD storage, and Resizable BAR disabled. Any suggestions on what to try next or where to look for potential issues would be greatly appreciated.image.thumb.png.c35241d948871a64d4ee0f9ff3cbccb1.pngimage.thumb.png.ab087b71b1358b04ec534e294b0c4840.pngimage.thumb.png.0580d1ce24c2bbb4585a638e2889f993.png

yeah... but the weird part is at "mostly" 300mhz it should not be that hot... it should be more like 40c or lower... what's the cooling situation in your pc exactly?  would be good to know but i still think it may be some weird settings or a driver bug.

i would consider installing windows 10, just to make sure its not that (windows 11 is basically an unfinished alpha version at this point)
