i'm buying my headphone that has extremely strong bass question

Pro headphones like that usually have a flat, balanced sound. If you want heavy bass, don't get monitoring headphones - those will give you realistic low frequencies.

Iif you wanna stick with Sony, the WH-XB900N.

But the classic choice for ludicrous bass is the Skullcandy brand.

Amazon warehouse are out of stock in my city. I don't want to order from other seller because I don't like to wait until it delivered my home. How about that one? Is that wired headphone has extreme strong bass?? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009A7BP3U/

Check out linsoul.com they deliver just about everywhere.  Also keep in mind that headphones will never have that super deep bass like speakers can achieve, it's just not in the cards due to physics.  My bassiest headphones don't hold a candle to speakers.  In headphones usually you pay for quality of bass instead of quantity.

You might consider some good bassy IEM's or In Ear Monitors.  For $20usd you can get some killer IEM's from linsoul.

I would recommend high quality headphones.

If the one you listed are "monitor" headphones, great usually they have acceptable or possibly great sound.

If you want more bass:

Increase it in your EQ.  VLC on Android and iOS allows a decent +20 db on the bass, the issue is that will quickly cause digital clipping, making it unusable.

The way to solve that is either:

Lower bass boost, or, lowering all other frequencies in the EQ.

If your stock system doesn't have EQ pre-amp volume, such as, when you might want to stream from Pandora, Spotify or Youtube, then it will be far too quiet.  So then you'll need a headphone amp.

I would rather you spend money on good headphones and a good amplifier, so that when you EQ it the way that sounds best to you, the amp will increase the volume without the issue of software volume clipping, allowing for more volume control than a basic software eq.

If you do not get an amp, and you use bassy headphones, you may find you are not satisfied with the overall quality of the sound, and an EQ will always be needed to re-tune the sound to your changing listening styles.

Also, even if you EQ down the bass, and bring up all other sound sliders, it will either be "just enough" or possibly not quite loud enough.

Because if a digital EQ goes over 0, and you go up at all, at some point it will distort.  This is the software limit of the maximum volume possible, and there is literally NOTHING you can do to make it any louder, without distortion,

if you do not have a true amplifier.

Windows 11 will just force business to "recycle" "obscolete" hardware.  Microsoft definitely isn't bothered by this at all, and seems to want hardware produced just a few years ago to be considered obsolete.  They have also not shown any interest nor has any other company in a similar financial position, to help increase tech recycling whatsoever.  Windows 12 might be cloud-based and be a monthly or yearly fee.

F-droid is a place to install open-source software for android, Antennapod, RethinkDNS, Fennec which is Firefox with about:config, lots of performance and other changes available, mozilla KB has a huge database of what most of the settings do.  Most software in the repository only requires Android 5 and 6!

I recommend firewall apps (blocks apps) and dns filters (redirect all dns requests on android, to your choice of dns, even if overridden).  RethinkDNS is my pick and I set it to use pi-hole, installed inside Ubuntu/Debian, which is inside Virtualbox, until I go to a website, nothing at all connects to any other server.  I also use NextDNS.io to do the same when away from home wi-fi or even cellular!  I can even tether from cellular to any device sharing via wi-fi, and block anything with dns set to NextDNS, regardless if the device allows changing dns.  This style of network filtration is being overridden by software updates on some devices, forcing a backup dns provuder, such as google dns, when built in dns requests are not connecting.  Without a complete firewall setup, dns redirection itself is no longer always effective.
