I am buying from a store and is limited to RTX cards otherwise would go for a 6600. Is this build good enough for the games?

see if you can your hands on 

a) a 5600(x) if you can, its significantly faster than the 5500

b) a RTX 20xx card, anything is better than the 3050. maybe they even have intel arc or maybe RX 5xxx?

otherwise i don't see any problems but i cant recommend improvements because i don't know what the store has.

Like only the 2060 onwards are faster than the 3050 right, but I don’t think there is even new ones on the market
