Just finished a fresh build, need help

I am new to this i successfully built my pc no issues. Parts list and issues stated below that.

CPU: Ryzen 9 7950x

MoBo: asus rog strix x670e-a wifi 

GPU: Gigabyte 4070 super aero OC

so checking my cpu voltage in (armoury crate) i know its probably not super accurate but its reading at 1.4 and some change. Which on the meter it shows is in the red. How do i fix this? Am i okay is it safe? 4 sticks ddr5 corsair ram. 6000mhz it is clocked to 6000mhz but that is all i have done. Just dont want to fry my PC, temps are never above 50 degrees celsius. I am currently undervolting with ryzen master to bring the voltage down as i read its unsafe. Any input would be awesome, again i have no overheating issues. I stream and play call of duty.
