14700F idle temps questions

These are my idle core temps for my 14700F that liquid cooled. I heard intel CPUs can be little bit toasty and shitty these days... so is this fine? The ambient temp in my room is 20c, thanks in advance

Idle temps don't matter. its load temps that are what you should worry about. Whats the CPU temps under load?

I haven't check, I will run cinebench 23 tomorrow and update you about it. Also this is a prebuilt itx pc so i think its bound to be a bit more toasty.

These are temps after like 5 seconds of running it. I find to be false or is it not? It seems very weird that temps can spike up from 40c to 100c in a matter of seconds. I ran this on Cinebench R24 

 

EDIT: I ran the whole thing and nothing crashed but the temps were disappointing, I guess these new CPUs are literal furnaces...

Its a 280mm AIO by cooler master, this prebuilt was made by them and they never specified what cooler it was. Here is the link:
