Help with frametimes [spikes from 3 to 6ms, and from 3 to 13ms] AMD

I recently learned the importance of frametimes and would like to fine tune this, sadly i dont know where to start and most tutorials are for nvidia cards.

 

looking for someone to help me with framtimes in games [getting 13ms in codbo6] system: 32gb 3200 7900XTX asus rog strix b550-f gaming 5800x3d playing on 3440x1440

 

game doesnt really matter, i have these issues across all games, with bo6 being one of te most stable examples [some games jump from 4 to 35]

Note: My advice is amateur help/beginner troubleshooting, someone else can probably troubleshoot way better than me.
