ryzen7 5800x3d stuck at 3.6GHz

Hi,  i have a problem with my ryzen 7 5800x3d cpu not boosting to 4.5Ghz and staying at 3.6Ghz , i have a asus rog strix b550 a-gaming

the bios is also already updated to latest version(done ina pc-shop)

Hi. I have a 5800X3D on a Asus B350 ROG Strix that boosts just fine, so yours should too.

Heat, power and BIOS are the three most likely things that will prevent boosting.

How are your temps? If they are high it will be an issue.

Do you have any overclocking utilities installed? AMD's Ryzen Master Utility, for example. If so, try uninstalling them, then rebooting.

Have you tried clearing CMOS/BIOS? If not, please try.
