Budget (including currency): ~$1000

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly gaming with friends, such as Siege, Sea of Thieves, CS, Rocket League, and other games. I would like to be able to play these games at higher graphics quality while staying at around 144 fps (since my current monitor does 144 fps).

Other details: PC Part Picker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zZ8cqH

Planning on buying sometime around the holidays/new year.

Only thing missing from my list is my power supply, which is a Rosewill Glacier 850W.  I am also considering getting a SSD to hopefully make boot-up times quicker, since I am currently booting Windows 10 Pro from this hard drive, but I am unsure. I do not know how to transfer my data from one drive to another, or at least how to move Windows to the SSD. If someone has any advice on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Please let me know if more info is needed, thanks in advance!

I have heard mixed things about AliExpress, but I will trust your judgement on this.

Would my current power supply not be compatible due to the change in form factor? It is 850W and 80+ Bronze.

And I won't have to buy another Windows license if I do this, right?

Wish I could say no...you are replacing the motherboard aren't you?

In theory there is a hardware change link someplace hidden in windows in regards to this stuff....but....until you get there you won't know...

Don't worry about it until you get there and then ask for help again 🙂 (if needed)

Your current psu is past its warranty. For $80 you get a psu with a ten year warranty, 80+ Gold and full modular.
