Upgrading GPU, is this a solid deal on a 4080 Super?

Hello ya'll!

With all the craziness of tariffs in the future, I am looking to get a GPU now if the price is right. I found one locally on the Facebook marketplace at a good price and am wondering if it is worth the buy. It is the Zotac Gaming Trinity Black 4080 Super, and he says that it is sealed in the box. I got him down to $825 dollars for it, and I think it's a solid deal, but I am wondering what y'all think about it. I am factoring in the fact that I won't be paying any sales tax on it since I am buying with cash, so that's a hundred bucks I would be saving on top of the normal savings. Is it worth it, or should I wait for the 50 series cards?

Where are you all getting a GPU for this price?

Facebook market place. I'm going to go through all the normal used card procedures, but the seller says it is sealed, so it depends on that factor and why he is selling.

That's true; I'm probably going to do that.

The question is would they reseal the packaging so you don't test it out.

True, which is why I would ask for the recipe of their purchase. If the seal is anything other than the factory seal, then I would be skeptical.

People get creative and seal it just like from the factory.
