In Germany nearly all distributors have equally reduced their price. Due to the return options and customer service you might prefer to buy from a reseller/distributor.

Igo3D: free returns within x days

BambuLab: Restocking fee or making it difficult to return them without paying 30€ for shipping.

 

Igo3D: Same or next day customer service reply but they might not have the parts stocked.

BambuLab: Can take a few days.

This printer should work right out of the box and is beginner friendly.

The mentioned issue with the print starting to high in the air is due to an oversight with the filament wiper (under some conditions the nozzle has some filament on it which causes the automatic bed levelling to be off by approx. 1mm).
