I bought it brand new a few weeks ago.

Since the beginning it has issues with the on-board mode keeping the lighting settings.
As soon as it enters "power save mode" or my pc goes to sleep, the lighting reverts back to the default settings, until I wake the mouse up.
Anyway I didn't give this issue much attention.

It also jumps on the screen a lot, from one corner to the other.
I read somewhere that it might be that I'm not using a mousepad. But I haven't tested if that's the issue.
And also that it might be because I placed the dongle at the back, and there is interference with the electronics on the motherboard.
So, I moved the dongle from the back port to a front port. (all the ports are working fine).
Now it will not work in wireless mode in ANY port.

Any ideas?

Check if this is a setting in GHub. I think there is a thing that will make sleep mode just turn off the LEDs to save battery power. Alternatively, you can set it to hardware mode where the mouse just stores whatever setting you have on it and prevents the PC from overriding.

That does sound like a mousing surface issue. 1000% recommend a deskpad (lttstoredotcom). Also, grab some tweezers and check for any hair/dustbunnies in the sensor are. I get dog and beard hair in mine all the time and goes all wonky

Vaguely possible. I definitely had issues with my 604 getting stuttery whenever I plugged a usb drive into the same port stack. (ports on the same stack will often share bandwidth)

Now that? That is concerning. I assume it still works wired? Does the reciever show up in Device Manager? Does GHub show anything?
