Problems with controler

Hello Recently i've been having issiues with my controler, so my d pad down button broke. So I have 4 back buttons on my controler and want to bind one of them as the d pad down button but I dont know how to do it. I want to make it work on steam but I can install any aditional software as long as its free. Specks.

controler is a ps4 controler

-pc is using win 10

-dont know if other specks are relewant Feel free to ask any questions
