My laptop lagging because my batteries broke

I there any solution to fix my performance laptop because, the batteries broke?, its kinda like my broke batteries limit my cpu and gpu performance for no reason

is that safe for another component? like motherboard, ram, cpu, and gpu. im worrie if my power house goes out suddenly

Only unsafe for SSD, but in terms of data integrity. It won't "break" it, at worst you have to reinstall windows.
