Black screen and Max rpm fans

Hi everyone. I have a problem that I have had for some time which is randomly my two screens go black and the 3 fans of my gpu (MSI RTX 4070ti gaming x trio) start to blow full blast and only those of the gpu the others run normally and then I can do nothing as long as I restart my pc and I don't know where it comes from or how to solve it. Your help would be appreciated and I thank you in advance.  
PS: if you have any questions to clarify certain details I will try to answer you as best I can.
