Anyone know how to get the marketed 240 hz on the Samsung UN46C7100

That looks to be an almost 15y/o 1080p60 TV, certainly cannot do 240Hz. If anything what you’re probably reading is it’s frame interpolation mode that simulates 240Hz but the panel itself is capable of nothing more than 60Hz which is all you’ll be able to set a computer to.

How is the monitor connected to your computer and what GPU do you use?

~edit: Yeah, I've been searching on Google for a bit and haven't found much given the TV's age, but it appears its some form of backlight strobing that emulates 240 Hz

Yeah, this was pretty common back then and now as well though less so. Definitely not the first time someone has been caught up in that marketing tactic.
