TPM Provisioning service.exe stopped working

Hi,

recently my PC freezes as soon as its done booting forcing me to restart it(via button on case, restart via windows doesnt respond) multiple times until I can use it. Event Viewer keeps saying "A timeout was reached (45000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Intel(R) TPM Provisioning Service service to connect." I don't use an Intel CPU. Is This some sort of bug or does AMD also include "Intel TPM Provisioning Service"?. Thanks in advance!

CPU: Ryzen R9 7900X  GPU: XFX Speedster Merc 310 7900 XTX Black  Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX x670E-F Gaming WIFI  RAM: G.Skill Z5 Neo CL 36 DDR5 6000  PSU: Corsair RM1000X  Case: Lian Li Lancool 216 CPU Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360mm ARGB

Seems that fixed it, thanks. I didn't think its the BIOS since I only updated to the newest version 1 or 2 weeks ago. Maybe it was faulty.
