Budget/Location: ~1500€ - Germany

Games: Throne&Liberty

Other details:

I've bought the Medion Erazer Engineer X10 MD34652 4 years ago, which has done a decent job. There hasn't really been a need for more up until recently.
I'm rather a novice on upgrading PCs and ran hwinfo for some further details. At this point probably most parts need an upgrade, so I'm not sure if I should fully start over on upcoming sales?

Case is InWin 301 and I'm running 2 1920x1080 monitors, one capped at 60Hz, the other 144Hz.

This prebuilt actually isn't that bad,

the question is, why is it that you suddenly need more power recently? Which programs/games trigger this requirement and what do they utilize?

Is GPU pinned at 100% or CPU?

Feel free: To ask any question, no matter what question it is, I will try to answer. I know a lot about PCs but not everything.

During throne and liberty on lowest settings, task manager usually shows ~6k MB memory usage, CPU % does get pretty high, rarely at 100%.

Have yet to check gpu, but I'd assume that could improve performance as well.

I'm eventually wondering how random I can choose parts on sale, or whether they need to complement each other
