Trying to reinstall windows but I need to update a weird driver

Trying to reinstall windows while keeping my files and it wants me to update the drivers of the realtek 8192su Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter 

I do not know what this is

That's a WiFi adapter.

You can try using the latest driver that works with Windows 10 for that device. Though given it's USB 2.0 based, it's going to be rather slow so better off just removing it altogether,
