New Gaiming PC. Haven't built a PC in over 10 years

Looking to build a new gaming PC. I built my last PC in 2014. I feel like now is a decent time to upgrade as the newest games are getting too much for my system. It has been a long time since I looked at PC parts and a lot has changed in the past 10 years. So any help on a build would be much appreciated.

 

Budget (including currency): 1500-1800$~

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Tekken 8, CoD, Final Fantasy 16, Monster Hunter Wild. It will mainly be used for Gaming.

Other details:

Can start buying now or wait a bit if there may be things to wait on.

My current PC I built in 2014: Intel i7-4790K @ 4.00GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX980, 16GB Ram, 2GB SSD

I have peripherals but will be need 2 new monitors as the ones I have are from 2012.

Longevity wise I would to last for about 7 years in performance
