Mouse travels to other monitors when playing Fullscreen games

Just as the title says, when I move my mouse up or to the left (where either of my secondary monitors are) my cursor appears over there, and if I click, it takes me out of my Fullscreen window, I've been able to replicate this problem in both CS:2 and Rust, and yes, I have tried using DMT (Dual Monitor Tools) not the psychedelic.. but it just doesn't work for me because while it does constrain the cursor to my main monitor that I am playing the game on, if I were to say open my inventory, my cursor would be in a random spot on my screen, which in a competitive game, isn't very convenient and is just out-right annoying and inconvenient. I have also tried going into the Registry editor and changing the EnableLUA option from 1 to 0, and 0 to 1 under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

I have restarted with both values and neither seem to fix it, it did work to fix it one time temporarily, but there is also the off chance that I got lucky and since every once in a while, I will get a boot that doesn't have this issue, there is the chance I just restarted and it decided to not have this error. Note: I never had this problem on Windows 10, but after hearing that they will be discontinuing support and forcing a annual subscription for security updates next year, I just decided to go ahead and "upgrade" to Windows 11, but lets be honest, its not really an upgrade in the slightest. But that's not what I am hear to ask about, could I get any help with my issue?

usually if a fullscreen appplication fails to capture the mouse it's a issue of said application - but cs and rust shouldn't have such issues

what mouse do you have and have you installed any sort of companion sodtware like for logitech, razer, etc? if so: does the issue persist when you close it/disable its autostart and reboot?

what about other concurrent running applications like other game launchers, browser, discord, rgb control?

I suggest clearing any non-essential autostart and retry with just a clean boot with only steam and cs - without anything else in the background

Do you use game bar? If so, try restarting your PC, do not open game bar at all, and test your games. Do they work fine? Now open game bar, click your friends list or something, and test your games again.

This is exactly what was happening to me when I """upgraded""" to Windows 11 and it was driving me insane until I figured out it was game bar causing this issue.

Make sure you're running exclusive fullscreen, not windowed or windowed fullscreen.

Try disabling the Multiplane Overlay MPO.

I have a G502, it actually isn't happening right now but next time I boot and if I am experiencing this I will disable it and see if that fixes it. Thanks for the response Muuh!

I do use game bar but I don't believe it is the reason for my problem, and right now it isn't happening, but, next boot I will hold off on opening game bar, my only issue is I use crosshair x and I use the extension with gamebar soooo yeah. But thanks for the reply I will see if thats my issue on the next boot.

I don't believe either of these are my issue, but if the issue persists I will try disabling Multiplane Overlay MPO, thanks for the reply though!
