and I only have 175 but I am willing to save **also look at my spec**

I mostly play/stream Call of duty minecraft fortnite in cyberpunk and I want them all to be able to get that number of frame rate

Get the 240Hz if you can drive it because it's not much more. The 165Hz might be better value if you can't drive it though.

You can use PCpartpicker to search major retailers for all available monitors in your price range and filter them by what features you want. Out of the options given I'd go for the 240Hz.
