My fan RGB keeps flickering and it triggers me

I tried everything updating bios, uninstalling all rgb control software on my pc, open the case and checking if the header is properly connceted but nothing worked. The fan is one of 3 fans that came with the case and connected on one header as I remember the 2 other fans are fine but this one wont stop flickering should I just get a new one to fix this or is there hope that it might be something fixable. I mainly dont want to buy a new one because of the hassle of opening the case and placing the new fan in the header which is in a very tight space in the case and would require removing the AIO which I dont want to do.
