Gigabyte B560M Aorus ELITE + i5 11600K ?

Looking for a decent motherboard for my cpu i5 11600k 125W, not looking to overclock it, according to intel its stock clock speed is 3.9-4.9ghz, that is enough for me, so is Gigabyte B560M Aorus ELITE decent enough? the cpu will be under 100% load for long periods of time almost daily, the cooler is nh-d15 noctua 140mm fans.

Yes. It does use discrete fets which is a bummer, but there are 12 of them so it will certainly suffice.
