Basically I have a PC that recently has started restarting while gaming randomly. It also happened yesterday when opening a file in my 3d slicer software, Bambu Studio. Sometimes it happens three times in an hour, sometimes it doesn't happen for a few days at a time. I had a similar issue about a year ago and it ended up being the power supply, so I got a new SSeasonic 850w and it immediately fixed the issue. However now it seems to be happening again. Last time, when it happened, I would hear the PC almost "click" off. But this time it just seems to stop playing what I'm doing, freeze for a second, and just restart. There isn't that same "click" that happened with the PSU. CPU and GPU temps seem to be fine when this happens (70's, rarely low 80's for GPU)

Here are the specs:

Intel Core i5 13600k

DeepCool CASTLE 240EX AIO

Zotac RTX 3070 Twin Edge

Seasonic Focus GX-850 850W Power Supply

G.Skill Trident Z DDR4 2x16GB 3600MhZ

Windows 11 Pro 23H2

Nvidia Driver 566.03

I have also tried updating my BIOS to the latest version and that may have lessened the crashing? But did not fix it all the way. Any help is appreciated. Again there are no minidump files being generated I suspect because it's not actually bluescreening. I have also tried using DDU and reinstalling my GPU drivers. I have run OCCT and it has passed all stress tests.
