I'm building this for my dad, I built my own gaming PC a month ago but I don't have enough knowledge on what components will work best for non gaming purposes.

1. Budget & Location

The budget is between AU$1000-1500 in Australia

2. Aim

This PC won't be used for gaming, it will be used for 3d design in archicad and autocad.

3. Monitors

Will use a 1080p 60hz monitor since more isn't necessary. Currently a single monitor but will likely add another.

4. Peripherals

Everything here is sorted.

5. Why are you upgrading?

It's a laptop is running old hardware, it wasn't the newest back in 2017 when it was bought and is barely usable.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
