How much should I sell my motherboard and cpu

Worthless.

 

Issue one:

 

13700k has a bad rap.

 

Issue two: 

 

Z690 ddr4 boards are worthless, ddr4 is basically worthless.

 

Yeah $400 cad sounds about right. Unless you really need the money... I can't think of any reason this would be worth selling.
